This policy covers browsing https://finelystudio.com and contacting us. Each app has a separate privacy policy covering its local storage, permissions, connected devices and Apple services.
Browsing and hosting
You can browse our website without creating an account. We do not run advertising, newsletter subscriptions or third-party visitor-tracking analytics on this website. Our informational pages do not start an application session or set application cookies. This does not mean our hosting and security providers process no connection data.
Hostinger hosts the website. Cloudflare provides DNS, proxied website delivery and security services. These services process connection and request information, which can include your IP address, browser information, requested URL, request time and response status, to deliver pages, prevent abuse and investigate technical problems. Hosting and security dashboards may provide traffic counts and request logs.
Contact enquiries
The contact form asks for your name, email address, enquiry topic, app selection when relevant and message. We use this information to understand your request, reply and investigate the issue. The form does not accept attachments. If you email us directly, we also receive any attachments and email metadata you choose to send.
The website processes the form on Hostinger and submits accepted enquiries through our email service to our studio inbox. We use GoDaddy Professional Email powered by Titan for email and replies. Your email address is used as the reply address so we can respond to you. We do not add you to a marketing list when you contact us.
The contact form does not store enquiry content in an application database or session. Delivery errors are handled without logging your message body. The email service stores messages it receives and our replies. A form confirmation is not a promise of a response time. You can email [email protected] directly if the form is unavailable or you need to follow up.
Send only what is needed for your enquiry. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, pairing keys or unrelated personal information. Remove sensitive information from screenshots or diagnostic files before sending them by email.
Security checks and cookies
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated spam. The security check processes technical signals such as your IP address, browser information and the site you are visiting. Cloudflare uses these signals to detect bots and improve its bot detection. Our server checks the challenge result before sending your enquiry; your message text is not included in that verification request.
The contact page uses the finely_contact_session session cookie and an XSRF-TOKEN security cookie to protect the form and show confirmation. Both are restricted to the contact path. The session cookie is configured to expire when the browser session ends; the security cookie and application session use a 30-minute lifetime. The session stores security state and a success flag, not your message or email address. Cloudflare security features may also use necessary cookies as described in its cookie policy.
Temporary rate-limit records help prevent repeated submissions. The application derives a counter identifier from the connection IP address rather than using the address itself as the counter key. Hosting and security providers may still retain IP addresses in their logs. The security check requires JavaScript. If it cannot run, use our email address instead. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent the contact form from working.
Why we use information and who receives it
We use information to deliver and protect the website, respond to enquiries, resolve support issues and meet applicable legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, it depends on the activity and applicable law: responding to a request or taking steps at your request, our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, compliance with law or consent where required.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Information is available to the people and service providers needed to operate the website, deliver email and handle your request. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Our hosting, security and email providers operate internationally and may process information outside your country. Their privacy notices explain their processing and transfer arrangements. We do not promise that all website or support information remains in India.
Retention and deletion
We delete ordinary support correspondence within 12 months after the issue closes, unless law or an active dispute requires longer retention. Necessary legal or accounting records are retained for the applicable period. You may request deletion sooner, subject to any legal reasons for keeping the information.
Contact-session state and rate-limit records are temporary and expire under the application settings. Expiry does not guarantee immediate physical removal from every server backup. Hosting and security logs and provider backup copies follow the relevant service settings, operational needs and retention arrangements; the support-message period is not a promise that every provider record has the same deletion schedule.
Contact us for questions about a particular record or deletion request. We will explain what we can remove and any information that must be retained. We cannot delete copies from your own mailbox or device.
Your privacy choices
You can browse without submitting an enquiry, use email instead of the web form and manage cookies in your browser. Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of information we hold, a copy of that information, restriction of or objection to certain processing, or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the relevant privacy authority.
Send requests to [email protected]. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the request relates to you and will explain any legal limits. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed and arrange an appropriate way to provide them.
We do not ask for a child’s profile or date of birth and do not knowingly seek children’s personal information through contact enquiries. A parent or guardian can contact us about information a child has sent.

Links to Apple, LinkedIn and other external services take you to websites with their own privacy practices. Their handling of information is separate from this website.
We use HTTPS and access controls to help protect information. No website, email or storage system can guarantee complete security. We will update this policy when our practices change, show the effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
