Finely Studio makes its own apps for Mac and iPhone. This website presents our products, answers questions and provides a way to contact us. It does not sell apps, process payments or enroll you in a subscription. These website terms do not replace an app’s software license or Apple’s terms for its services.
Product information and availability
Our app pages explain the features of Haptivate Studio and Haptivate Companion. App Store listings specify availability in your country, supported devices and operating-system requirements. Features can vary by app version and device.
Apps and in-app purchases are distributed through Apple. Apple’s purchase screen shows the actual price, billing period and applicable terms before you confirm a purchase. This website does not take payment.
Using the website
You may browse the website and share links to its pages. Use it lawfully. Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, submit automated spam or misrepresent an affiliation with Finely Studio.
Our branding, text, screenshots and artwork explain our products. Viewing them does not grant a license to redistribute an app or reuse its branding or artwork. Separately licensed material remains subject to its own license, and uses permitted by applicable law are unaffected.

Copies of the Haptivate apps obtained through the App Store are licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Each app’s supplementary terms explain its features, local data and purchase access. Read the terms and privacy policy for the app you use.
Links to third-party websites, stores and services are provided for relevant information. Those services operate under their own terms. Finely Studio and Haptivate are independent and are not made by, sponsored by or affiliated with Apple.
Availability and your rights
We may update, correct or temporarily suspend website content and features. We take care with the information we publish but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every page will always be free of errors. Contact us if you notice a mistake.
